The Founder
Leah Quiazon Valle is the founder of Family First Caregiving Services with the support of her husband Co-Founder John Valle was introduced to the caregiving world in 2005.
She dreamed of finishing her studies to become a Registered nurse someday. She worked in a different healthcare setting before she decided to work in a home care setting in 2005 which her heart belongs. With her commitment and passion to help others, she never fails to give her phenomenal care to our clients. She always treated them like her own family and always went the extra mile and made sure our clients maintained their marvelous lifestyle as much as possible. She is respected by many as a supervisor with all the caregivers that she molded and trained to become one of the best and she is loved by so many clients and family members that she helped all through the years.
Co-Founder John Valle was introduced to the caregiving world in 2017 when his wife needed a hand on one of her clients and he showed his natural love and compassion for helping seniors and loving them as his own family. At that moment He found his calling to become a certified caregiver and staff supervisor and he devoted himself to helping and guiding caregivers to become the best of them. He is loved by so many clients and family members and he is the most requested one as well for his kindness and sweet gestures and always goes the extra mile to make clients happy and satisfied with the excellent care he provides to the care team that we have.
Founder and co-founder decided to create their own company this year 2023 to expand and give more to the community and provide the best care to the vulnerable adult in the community.
